遇到过几次深圳的货代私自买单出口，货物是散货，已经到了指代仓库。之前都是一直提醒指代这个是一般贸易要用我们的抬头报关出口。但是指代经常搞事情，为了省事图方便就私底下安排买单出了，还撒谎不告诉实情。以后尤其要注意深圳那边的货代，这样操作搞死工厂，不能做退税，税务要调查，还要补税和罚款。还有一个澳大利亚的客户，尾款没到账，指代也是深圳的，直接就放货给客户了。问了律师，起算不划算，也没有足够的明文证据。这些指代都是不发邮件不回复邮件，只通过电话或者微信联系。这样的不良货代到处都有，只是我们自己遇到的几个都是深圳的。宁波和上海的还没有遇到过。他们给客户报很低的价格吸引客户，然后差价和想要多赚的钱就是厂家那里找补。坑国人，补贴老外。买单是不合规的。
