昨天Z厂长说木架没做好，又耽误一天时间。客户着急发货，工厂的安排总是大批量优先，而不是急单优先，尽管急单给了更高的价格。以后一定要找一个做小批量或者定制的工厂，要求就是能尽快安排，难怪XX要从江苏采购而不是本地采购。一次又一次的长时间等待，客户都会失去耐心的。
今天看到一个观点：传统外贸大批量B2B的未来只在欧美的大型传统商超和连锁店铺，希望大家从某些B2B平台/独立站/跨境平台账号里醒过来。Walmart和target可以在线下单，实体店提货，也提供一件代发。（虽然这个观点不一定适合所有人的产品，但是这些平台账号随时可能被关闭，你也不可能拿个账号去跟供应商/客户和银行谈。但是这种商超非常折磨人，OA60天起步，ERP或者准入再花个几十万几百万，没有足够的实力光验厂都能折腾哭你，如果公司老板没有进商超这方面的强烈心思那基本就是属于折磨员工）
